Huan Lo is a dedicated therapist at Telos, known for his thoughtful, culturally attuned approach and depth of clinical insight. He specializes in trauma, neurodiversity, family systems, and mood regulation, bringing both precision and compassion to his work with adolescents and young adults.

Born in Taiwan and relocating to the United States at age 11, Huan offers a rich multicultural perspective that informs his ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. His lived experience enhances his sensitivity to identity, transition, and belonging—allowing him to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood at a deeper level.

Huan thrives in collaborative, team-based environments and values the integration of multiple perspectives to provide the highest level of care. His approach balances empathy with practicality, combining emotional attunement with actionable strategies tailored to each individual and family system.

He is deeply committed to helping clients build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and navigate complex personal and relational challenges.
