Taylor Frame, MFT

Telos Academy, Carter House

Primary Therapist - North Campus

“I worked closely with Taylor when she was a lead supervisor at telos. She had great influence with the students and a keen clinical eye that she was able to utilize to help our students meet their therapeutic objectives. Our students trusted and respected Taylor due to the structure she provided as well as relational skills she possesses.” – Brian

Taylor’s journey with Telos reflects both depth of experience and a strong, ongoing commitment to the students and families she serves. She began her work at Telos as a Residential Mentor and later as a Lead Supervisor, where she played a key role in implementing treatment plans and supporting students through the day-to-day realities of change. These early roles provided her with a rich, ground-level understanding of the treatment process and the importance of consistency, structure, and connection.

While pursuing her Master’s degree, Taylor expanded her clinical experience in an outpatient setting, working with a diverse population ranging from young children to older adults. During this time, she developed particular expertise in treating anxiety, depression, and family dynamics, strengthening her ability to understand and address complex relational systems.

Following the completion of her graduate training, Taylor returned to Telos as a Primary Therapist, bringing with her both advanced clinical skills and a deep familiarity with the Telos model. Her approach is grounded in the belief that “all behavior makes sense in context,” and she places a strong emphasis on understanding the broader family system as a pathway to lasting, meaningful change.

Taylor is known for her ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with students. Through a blend of warmth, humor, and genuine care, she creates an environment where students feel safe to engage, take risks, and move toward their full potential.

Outside of her professional work, Taylor leads an active and balanced life. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends through games and shared experiences. She values time with her husband and dog, and brings a lifelong passion for movement and discipline through her background in competitive dance. Today, she continues to prioritize fitness and an active lifestyle, reflecting the same energy and intentionality she brings to her clinical work.
